Titanium-Niobium Alloys
NHRA,IHRA,SCCA,IMSA,FIA.

Having various equipment such as a tubing bender, special notching jigs and access to dry ice allows me to build it to best suit your needs.
All welding done on the rollcage is GTAW (TIG) to attain the highest quality and strength for your peace of mind. I have successfully passed several destructive tests on my 4130 tubing welds. These include aerospace certification in the 5G position, and mitre joint tensile tests.
I have done several local cars, including some that are certified by NHRA for 8.50 at 150mph!!!!
I also fabricate roll cages for your street car, using certified parts to facilitate swing-out/removal door bars.
From broken snowmobile crank cases to cracked marine manifolds, repairs can save money over replacement in some cases. For those items that are rare, or discontinued, it may be the only option.

We can make you an exhaust out of mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, inconel, or even titanium. A complete exhaust can be made from head flange to tail pipe, or just a downpipe for your turbo car. Exhausts are available in sizes from 2"-6" in any material you may require. Custom headers for swap cars or unique projects can be a viable solution.

What kind of exhaust is best?
For most street and performance exhaust, 304 stainless steel is an excellent choice. It has good corrosion resistance and is able to withstand an occasional scrape. Most stainless exhaust will outlast the vehicle.
For those who have to have the lightest possible exhaust, aluminum works great at 1/3 the weight of stainless with great corrosion resistance aswell. Aluminum can take enough heat to last a very long time. It is a softer metal, so scraping can cause damage easily.
If there is an application that must have both very light and very high heat tolerances, then titanium is the best choice. It is very expensive, but is very strong and is more corrosion resistant than either aluminum or stainless. Titanium is very strong, and scraping would not damage the tubing enough to worry about.
