This classic beauty received all custom, all 321 Aerospace stainless headers and exhaust. Custom stainless transmission mount, rad tubes, fuel fill tube and all stainless ARP 12 pt hardware.

2011 STI Exhaust

Recently we built 2 seperate systems for the same car, as 1 was being shipped down south. One is a 304 Stainless Street System with a resonator and mufflers, the other is a lightweight Aerospace 321 Stainless Race System with only a catalytic converter.

In order to fit a custom aftermarket hood with a Magnusson blower, some custom fabrication was needed.

Lotus 7 Replica Custom Headers and Exhaust

Custom, equal length, stepped 304 stainless headers were made for this kit car with a Toyota 1.6L drivetrain.

Side exhaust in classic style was also fabricated with integral muffler and resonator built-in. Not the fabricated, traingulated exhaust hanger with the mount points on the nodes of the frame.

Supercharged Escalade Air-Water Intercooler Upgrade

This very powerful Cadillac was in need of some better cooling for the charge air as it would get very hot over extended use. We upgraded to a Bell Intercoolers core, and built a custom intercooler system around it. With roughly 4 times the surface area, and double the coolant capacity with another reservoir, cooler heads prevailed!

Wanting the best of both worlds, this customer asked for a valved exhaust as the Tubi race exhaust was too loud at no load and easy driving.

The design sends the exhaust through a set of mufflers when at idle and low speed, and bypasses the mufflers completely at WOT. This will allow for optimum flow and ultimate sound when you want it, and a more mild-mannered car when you don't. A real Jekyll and Hyde!
